Ingredients:
For the meat:
- 500g fresh entrecote, cut in cubes or small slices
- 1 red bell pepper, in small pieces
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the pickled veggies:
- 1/2 cup vinegar (rice vinegar or white vinegar)
- Half of a cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Pinch of salt
